In a serene and quiet environment, Villa Rodea is located in a residential area southwest of Lanzarote, just a few minutes from the seaside village of Playa Blanca.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has large windows offering great luminosity that, together with the spaciousness of your rooms, will make you enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Villa Rodea has 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor terrace with barbecue, private pool and relaxation area.

Equipment

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric domestic appliances (oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer), kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Washing machine and cleaning utensils are also available
• Living / Diningroom: T.V. Satellite T.V. DVD. Central heating and air conditioning with remote control. Separate dining area
• Bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with a 180cm bed, complete bathroom, air conditioning and individual heating system with remote control. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 90 cm beds.
• Bathrooms: 5 bathrooms (2 in suite in the main bedrooms), 1 toilet. Hair dryer, towels…
• Terrace: Large spacious solarium, BBQ, exterior terrace, shower and lounging area equipped with table, chairs and sun beds
• Wifi: included and free
• Outdoor pool: PRIVATE, EXCLUSIVE AND FREE. 10 x 5 meters. Depth from 0.80m to 1.40m. With automatic hidden cover to keep children warm and safe. Given the high cost of the pump system (10 Kw / hour), if you want to increase the temperature of the water, this will have an extra cost of € 80 / day for the entire stay
• Garden: 1.200 m²

Number of places

The number of occupants of the villa should be declared in the reservation, whose identity will be detailed at check-in, not allowing more people to stay in it than the contracted places. In this case there will be a charge of 30€ per person per day.
It is not allowed to hold parties or meetings by people outside the village.

Cleaning service and change of lingerie

Cleaning and change of sheets and towels, once a week. If you wish to have it done daily, you can book it as an extra service.

Extra services

To make your stay even more comfortable in Villa Rodea, you can optionally contract the following additional services, prior reservation with sufficient advance:

On December 24, 25 and 31 and 01/01, for obvious reasons, you will pay double

• Early Check In & Later Check Out. 6 hours: Due to the logistics of cleaning and maintenance of the villa, if it is possible to approve the entrance to the villa before the official time or departure from the villa after the official time, with a maximum of 6 hours, you will have an additional cost of €200
• Extra daily cleaning service: €20 per occupied room, with a minimum of €50/day. It is mandatory to reserve it for the entire stay.
• Baby sitter service: € 15 per hour. Minimum 3 hours.
• Kitchen service. Preparation of the menu you choose. You can book it in advance or the day of arrival (the raw material for the realization of the menu is provided and acquired by the client).
  
  • Breakfast preparation service: € 30 per day (approx. 2 hours) up to 6 people. Additionally € 8 more for each block of 2 more people (approx. ½ hour). It is mandatory to reserve it for the entire stay.
  • Lunch or dinner preparation service: € 40 per day (approx. 3 hours) up to 6 people. Additionally € 10 more for each block of 2 more people (approx. ½ hour).
  • Extra waiter service: € 15/hour, minimum 4 hours.
• Pets allowed. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €50/day and a deposit of twice the amount stipulated in point 2 of the Conditions section
• Rent of recreational boat Sea-Ray 230:

You can make use of a SEA RAY 230 sports-recreational boat of 7 meters in length, docked at Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca, with a maximum capacity for 8 people.

For a special price of 450 euros for a half day or 700 euros for a full day, enjoy a unique nautical experience during your stay in our villas. In any case, the hiring of the captain is mandatory for € 150

You can also contact our nautical manager, Mauro + 34 603 21 76 90, responsible for www.nauticplus.com who can help you in the search for the boat you need, even with the captain if you do not have a nautical license. For the users of our villas there is a special price.

Terms and conditions

1. Confirmation of reservations and cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed, depending on the date on which the reservation is made, after the receipt of the corresponding percentage that is detailed below, percentages that, as the date of entry approaches, accumulate.

• If the reservation is made with MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE the date of entry
  • In order to guarantee the reservation, a 30% of the total will be paid, non refundable,
  • 60 days prior to entry: the remaining 70% will be paid, non refundable.
• If the reservation is made with LESS THAN 60 DAYS before the date of entry
  • 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid, non refundable.

We will send you an e-mail confirming each payment to the credit card you have provided.
All amounts provided to guarantee the reservation are NOT refundable.

2. Deposit Payment
At the entrance to the villa will be given as a deposit to guarantee possible damages the amount of 600 euros, in cash or by credit card, which will be returned upon departure.

3. Time of arrival and departure
• Check In: ​​4:00 p.m.
• Check Out: 10:00 a.m.
• Possibility to leave later or enter sooner according to availability.

4. Taxes
All taxes are included in the agreed price.

Surveillance Cameras

In compliance with the applicable legislation, it is reported the existence of surveillance cameras in the accesses and outside of the farm, not inside the farm, as well as a system of warning and alarm 24 hours a day.
